Rutilus Ltd was incorporated in 2002 by Alan Smith (still the director of the company). Alan had his success in the steel industry, this has allowed Alan to invest in small businesses and create a vision for the future.
This vision would be to have his family and close friends run several home improvement companies for him. He wanted people that he could trust and in an industry based on so many lies, he knew that only people that he could trust would give him the peace of mind that he required.

MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
All installation teams have a minimum of 3 years' experience removing the concrete gutters. To them, this work is like second nature and with their experience are always able to overcome any obstacles that arise during an installation. Our competitors will offer various types of guarantee or warranty but none have the coverage that we offer.

AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK
At certain times of the day or at weekends it is impossible to get hold of some companies. Smaller companies won't employ office based staff as they are not considered cost effective and with large companies you are generally put on hold for several minutes or are put through to an automated service. With us, all calls into the office will be diverted to the individual who is covering the specific out of hours office time period.

EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS
All of our installation teams work solely for Rutilus Group and are frequently checked while on site. These site visits are to make them aware that they are also part of the team and have a responsibility to perform to the best of their ability. In our experience we have found that teams not involved with a company will usually cut corners and show a lack of care when working.
